Clontarf Classic blend
A smooth blended Irish whiskey, triple-distilled and aged only in ex-bourbon barrels, this whiskey is named after the historic town of Clontarf to the north east of Dublin near the coast. It is historically associated with the Battle of Clontarf, where Brian Boru forced the Vikings out of Ireland in 1014 before succumbing to his wounds a few days after the battle.
Our experts say: A great introduction to Irish whiskey, this is a smooth triple-distilled blended whiskey whose creamy character and caramel flavours make it perfect in an Irish coffee, on ice or as a base for an Irish cocktail.
